Including designing the logo for this brand, I create the imagery and and write the copy for their social media.
Target audience: 22-45yo men & women
Starting the social media journey before the store’s grand opening enabled anticipation in the local community to attend on the day. This added value and online presence to the brand new independent business and resulted in a full house on the day they opened. Additionally, posting about receiving a small selection of limited edition items yielded high engagement online which converted to high sales and demand in-store. This lead to positive reviews which were visualised into a graphic to share on social media.
A paid Instagram promotion running for 7 days was executed to increase the number of bookings at the practise, not necessarily to gain followers. The results for this promotion resulted in a spike of appointments for the remainder of the week.
